SOPs, they're great until something changes. And if you're running a digital business, something's always changing. And that's why smart founders aren't relying on static docs anymore. And today I'm gonna break down why traditional SOPs break down and what system led teams are using instead to scale without that chaos. I'm Kristen Paborsky and I help founders.
